St Mark’s Silver Band are leading the event, the proceeds of which are for new uniforms, replacing their distinctive red ones with the same style, to retain the tradition.

And making their first concert appearance are the promising junior band, at which St Mark’s has been working hard to nurture and which is coming to fruition.

So go along and support and encourage them.

Completing the line-up are the Bawn Folk Group, whose reputation is second to none and would be worth the price of a ticket on their own – as would the two St Mark’s ensembles.

The doors open at 7pm for a 7.30 start, and the admission prices are right. Just £6 for adults, £3 for children, £15 for the family, and there are 2x2 concessions.

Tickets can be had from various band members, or do it the easy way and simply pay at the door. Enjoy the concert.

The uniforms are £500 a time, so your support is vital.
