Without compromising artistic integrity, the band presents its music in an enjoyable and entertaining manner and this has contributed greatly to the ever increasing popularity of this fine group of musicians.

Throughout the years the Apex has appeared all over Ireland at festivals, concerts and jazz club sessions and has made numerous radio and TV appearances for BBC, Ulster Television and RTE.

For a long time the band stayed at home, content in accompanying the big jazz stars brought over from the UK and USA. However, as the reputation spread, requests increased for the band to travel for appearances outside Ireland.

Consequently, during the past number of years, George Chambers and his highly rated and experienced musicians have been heard all over Europe and the USA.

Now the ever-popular band returns to Ballymoney Town Hall on January 30th.

Tickets £9, concessions £7 available from Ballymoney Town Hall.
