Vincent Graham made the most of his handicap to lift the Nevin Cup, sponsored by Wallace Homes, Ballymoney.

The Ballymoney manhad a 30-point advantage over opponent Damien Reid and after a good start he got over the line to win 4-2 at a packed Potters Club in Coleraine last Wednesday evening.

Graham was fast out of the blocks and he raced to athree-frame lead in front of a large audience.

However Reid responded well and found a bit of form to win the fourth frame to cut the deficit.

And it was game on in the next as Reid battled to win the fifth frame on the black.

But the match was over in frame six as Graham again wrestled control of the final as he established an unassailable lead to win the match 4.2

Reid had reached the final thanks to an impressive 4-0 win over Ryan Cairns.

Graham had a much tougher task as he edged past Derek Patton by four frames to three.
