Local lofts success in NIPA as Jimmy has a clean sweep

At the weekend the NIPA arranged two races and both turned out very successful, especially for local area lofts.

The OB Inland Nat was flown from Rosscarbery in Co Cork and Steele & McNeill from Rasharkin & Dist topped MAC and had 1st Sect B in the NIPA clocking their good Dark Cheq (c) “Champion 02” which had now collected 7 x individual 1sts.

In this race A & M Boyle from Ballymoney were best in the Coleraine Centre while D Coyles & Son topped Coleraine Triangle. The Comeback race was flown from Roscrea, well done to Jimmy Hanson of the Coleraine Premier taking a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the Nipa Open from Rosscrea at the weekend. Winning bird is a yearling roundabout hen and is a grand-daughter off Suarez a RPRA Award winner for Danny Dixon, this hen mated to a Liverpool Jacobs also bred by Danny. Derek McMullan from Ballymoney took 1st in the NIPA Section B making it a super weekend for local lofts.
