UNDER-17S

Ballycastle got off to a slow start causing an outstanding save from keeper Dylan McMullan to stop a free kick putting Roe Valley one up.

However, the boys went one up after a fine ball over the top sent Conor Boyd through for the first.

Shortly after the boys settled down and goalkeeper Dylan McMullan sent David Kilgore through for number two. Ballycastle started to dominate and a third came when a Ballycastle corner came out to left back Dylan (Allen) Hill 25 yards out on a half volley into the corner of the net, definitely the pick of the bunch. Soon after Oran Kearney played Callum Campbell in for number four.

In the second half roevally started well and pulled one back but Ballycastle added a fifth after a good corner from Callum Campbell setup David Kilgore for his second. A sixth goal was added when David broke away and played Aaron mcbride. Soon after Breandan(butcher)Russell scored a beautiful goal after a quick throw in from Dylan Hill.

This was good result for the lads and all and all a good performance from the boys.
