Great performance by Springwell Juniors at Bobby Rea event

On Saturday the Bobby Rea Cross Country event took place which incorporated the NI & Ulster Age Group Cross Country Championships.

Girls U10 (1K) - Janey McIntosh 5:12; Girl s U12 (1.5K) - Niamh McGarry 5:53 (2nd), Molly Blee 6:47, Emma Knight 7:01, Ellen McIntosh 7:10, Olivia Connolly 7:21, Faye McIntosh 7:32. Good packing by the girls gave them a silver medal in the team event.

Boys U12 (1.5K) - Bobbie Mullan 5:57, Cormac Carr 5:59, Louis Swaile-Blemmings 6:32, Nial McLaughlin 6:37, Patrick Fell 6:37, Roan Wilson 6:56; Girls U14 (2.5K) - Cara McLaughlin 11:14, Ellie McIlmoyle 11:22, Alana Burns 11:27, Niamh Mulligan 12:20; Boys U14 (2.5K) - Jack Culbertson 9:27 (4th); Girls U16 (3.5K) - Niamh Carr 14:40 (5th), Hermione Skuce 15:15, Ellie McBroom 16:03, Amy Fountain 17:33, Jodie Patterson 17:47; Boys U16 (3.5K) - Andrew Gordon 12:44 (4th); Girls U18 (4K) - Aine McKinney 17:50, Molly Brennan 17:51, Rebekah Hunter 17:57, Holly Woodhead 19:15. The Springwell girls team finished equal on points with Enniskillen but won gold medal on count back.

Well done to all the juniors who took part the hard work put in at training is paying off.
