IN Junior Division One of the Michelin Athletic Club-sponsored Ballymena and Provincial Football League both teams showed an improvement in their form and no doubt will continue as the season progresses.

Glebe went in front after Warren Morrison scored in the 28th minute and doubled their lead when Ricky Clyde scored on the 37th minute.

Mallusk got back into the game when Matty Fegan scored on the 50th minute but then saw Gareth Henry restore the Glebe two goal lead on the 60th minute. Mallusk did their best to get back into the game but time was running out when Joe Ward scored their second goal on the 87th minute. Referee: Mr. William McConaghie

Ballymoney had the better of the play during ten first 45 minutes going in at half-time leading by two goals to nil.

Ballyclare got back into contention after Harry Spence scored on the 70th minute then got back level when Paudie Lynch scored on the 80th minute giving the team a point each at the end. Referee: Mr. Martin Bellew
