It was a hard game and ‘Bogey, still with a few missing, found it hard to find the net mainly by good goal keeping from the Eagles.

With no goals in the first half it took a penalty kick from Gareth Clyde to put ‘Bogey into the lead when the polish defender clearly handed the ball in the area.

‘Bogey soon went two up when William Beckett scored from the left chipping the keeper to secure the points for ‘Bogey and keep them clear of all title challengers.

This was a hard game with ‘Bogey getting the points but the Eagles could be going for disciplinary actions after the way they reacted to the result.

This week Ballybogey travel to Coleraine again in another tough one against Heights Reserves .
