BALLYBOGEY 4

WHITE EAGLES 0

Ballybogey recorded a good win against a stubborn White Eagles side on Saturday morning to move closer to retaining their league title.

In a good first half it was all ‘Bogey but good goalkeeping and missed chances kept the score at 0-0.

In the second half ‘Bogey got their deserved lead when Andrew Mooney scored and then put ‘Bogey two up when he latched on to a Tommy Elder cross.

James McLaughlin scored when he beat the keeper in the air after Nicholas McCook crossed.

He also got Ballybogey’s fourth from the penalty spot.

This was a good result and it leaves Ballybogey needing just one more win to secure the league title.
