Glebe Rangers Old Boys entertained Finn McCools at Megaw Park on Saturday and continued their recent good form with a 4-0 win.

In a scrappy first half with neither keeper being tested, the deadlock was finally broken on 35 minutes when Ivan Elder ran onto a Mckee through ball to slot the ball past the advancing keeper to put Glebe 1-0 up at halftime.

The Glebe came out of the traps better in the second half and were soon two goals up when Campbell drove the ball from 25 yards into the Finns net.

The Glebe then aded to their tally 10 minutes later when Shepherd was on hand to tap in a Campbell cross from the left.

The Glebe were in control of the game by this stage and scored their fourth 10 minutes from time when Shepherd headed in his second goal of the game from a Greer cross to bag all three points.

Speaking after the match Player/Manager Ian Bellingham commented: “This was a very scrappy game so I was pleased to get all three points.

“What is even more pleasing is the fact that once again we managed to keep another clean sheet.
