PUPILS, parents and staff from Our Lady of Lourdes School, Ballymoney, recently gave up their Saturday to help raise funds for a forthcoming Performing Arts school trip.
They assisted shoppers to pack their bags at the Tesco Store, Ballymoney. The school recently won the regional final of the Global Rock Challenge, an international dance drama competition held at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast.

The pupils, staff and parents are now working hard to fundraise, as the school will compete in the Open National Finals in Grimsby, England at the end of May. Our Lady of Lourdes are very grateful to Tesco for allowing them to hold this fundraising event, and for their continuing generous sponsorship of Global Rock.
