FOR the first time in its recent history, Dunluce School, is oversubscribed.
Steadily increasing in numbers over the last five years, the school has now reached its upper limit. No more pupils can be admitted and unfortunately some first choice pupils have had to be turned away.

Against the backdrop of falling rolls, this is a considerable achievement. As parent and P7 pupils continue to opt for Dunluce, an all ability school, it has become the most popular choice in the North Coast area.

In the present climate of change in education, Dunluce is looking forward to the future with confidence, strength and the determination to continue building on its good reputation for “excellence in all”.

Headmaster, Dr Brian Haugh said: “This is a sound endorsement of all we are working towards. Parents want their children to come to a school which is safe, well disciplined, with a high level of pastoral care and a high academic ethos.”
