Impressive A level results at Dalriada

This year ‘A’ levels pupils at Dalriada have maintained the high standard of success achieved by the School in external examinations.

Despite A Level results being slightly lower nationally this year, an impressive 73% of Dalriada Upper Sixth Form students obtained at least 3 A*-C grades each. Indeed 36% of all ‘A’ level grades obtained by Dalriada students was A* or A grades.

The following 17 students gained at least 3 A*/A grades: Constantin Arnscheidt, Jordan Bamford, Annie Cassells, Grace Torrens, David Wolsey, Ross Johnson, Fraser McIlvenna, Kelsey McKenna, Tommy McNamee, Charlotte Warke, Simon King, Susanna Peden, Timothy Emerson, Manon Eyemere, Adam Hamilton, Calum McAuley and Emma
Jones.

Special mention has to go to Constantin Arnscheidt, Jordan Bamford, Annie Cassells, Grace Torrens and David Wolsey who all gained at least 4 grade A* or A s which is a tremendous achievement.

The Lower Sixth the results were even more impressive with 78% of Dalriada students gaining at least 3 A-C grades.

Over 36% of all grades in the Lower Sixth were A grades and 64% of all Dalriada grades were either A or B grades, well above the Northern Ireland
average.
