Success for Loreto artists

Six students from Loreto College Coleraine have enjoyed success in the annual Causeway Credit Union Art & Design competition, whose theme this year was ‘Dreams Are Made Of This’.

In the 14-17 age group, Loreto College student Chloe Donaghy (Year 11) won the top prize, while Roksana Strugala (Year 10) was placed second and Caitlin Campbell (Year 10) was third.

In the 11-13 age category, meanwhile, Josephine Johnson (Year 9) was placed first, while Adam Lawlor (Year 9) was second and Wiktoria Czerwinska (Year 9) was third.

The work of Chloe Donaghy and Josephine Johnson will now proceed to the next Chapter of the competition.

All six young artists were congratulated on these outstanding achievements by Mr Paul Cunning, Head of Art & Design at Loreto College, on behalf of all the staff and students of the College.
