The Secretary of State paid a visit to Ballycastle, Bushmills and Ballymoney last Wednesday.
Teresa Villiers had been invited to the area by the MP Ian Paisley Jnr.
She began her visit with a trip to the Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre, where she made her way to the famous stones and met representatives of The National Trust.
She then journeyed on to Bushmills Distillery, where she was given a tour of the premises.
After that, it was on to the Borough of Ballymoney, where the Secretary of State was welcomed to the Joey and Robert Dunlop Memorial Garden by the town’s Mayor, Cllr John Finlay.
He then welcomed Teresa Villiers to Council headquarters at Riada House, where the Secretary of State met with other councillors.
Also in attendance was the local Scorpion Boxing Club. Ms Villiers met with both boxers and their coaches.
