RES, a renewable energy developer, has provided St Anne’s Primary School in Corkey with £500 towards the development of the school’s new website.

Henry Duffin, St Anne’s P.S Principal said, “Since becoming Principal in September I have been keen to improve our school website and make it much more user friendly for staff, parents and pupils. It is a fantastic portal to share school news and information. We are grateful to RES for their kind donation”.

Claire Kelly, Chair of the Board of Governors added, “We have already received positive feedback on the new website and will take on board comments or suggestions that parents, staff or pupils, may have on how to make it even better”.

St Anne’s Support Group also benefits annually from a Community Benefit Fund established for Gruig Wind Farm at the time of its commissioning. The annual fund of just over £10,000 is split between 3 local groups: St Anne’s Support Group, Cloughmills Community Action Team, and Loughgiel Community Association.
