The final preparations are well underway for Finvoy Presbyterian Church’s Christmas Tree Festival, which takes place from 28th November to 1st December.

The theme for the festival is “Our Saviour’s Story”. Thirty nine trees will be used to tell the story of our Saviour’s life. Each tree depicts a verse in the Bible relating to the theme.

Refreshments will be available in the Church Hall throughout the weekend.

Donations made during the festival are going towards the refurbishment and extension of our Church Hall.

The Festival commences with an opening service on Thursday 28th November at 7pm.

Carrowreagh Primary School Choir and Diana Culbertson will be singing during the service.

At the close of the service Dr John Johnston will officially start the festival by switching on the Christmas Tree lights.

The festival will close on December 1st with a service at 6.30pm conducted by Dr D. Clarke, Past Moderator.
