POLICE have issued an appeal for assistance after a local business was robbed of hundreds of pounds worth of equipment.
The incident was reported on Friday morning last at 8.20 a.m. and it is understood that the theft, at Transmission Services, Riada Avenue, Ballymoney, took place sometime from 6 p.m. onwards the previous day.
A quantity of snap-on tools and a tap and dye set valued at £300 were stolen along with 25-30 re-conditioned turos valued about £350 each.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and are urging anyone who may be offered items in suspicious circumstances to contact them immediately.
