Paisley welcomes housing news

North Antrim MP Ian Paisley has welcomed the news of a new social housing development in Ballycastle.

FOLD Housing Association are proposing to build a new 31 unit dwelling in the Leyland Road/Leyland Heights area of the town.

Mr Paisley commented “I am delighted that FOLD are proposing to develop in Ballycastle. This project will certainly contribute to meeting the acute housing demand within Ballycastle and the wider North Antrim community.”

Local residents have been encouraged to come forward with their views and an information evening has been arranged to provide local residents with a platform to air their views or raise any concerns. The information evening has been arranged for Wednesday 25th February 2015 between 5.30pm and 6.45pm at St Patrick’s Parish Hall, Moyle Road, Ballycastle.
