Ian Paisley MP has sought an immediate meeting with the Chief of Police to discuss the Cloughmills road traffic accident.
In a statement to the Times, He said: “This is a tragedy on our roads beyond all comprehension. Words cannot express the heartache that this accident has had and will continue to have on this family. I plead with everyone to pray for those involved.
“For a child so young to be killed on his way to school is truly horrendous and we can only hope that no further lives will be lost. I have already sought an immediate meeting with the Chief of Police to try and establish what exactly led to this horrifying incident and will look to meet with him before the end of this week.”
