Marie Curie Cancer Care is offering an information evening for residents within the area of Moyle on Wednesday 14 March at 8pm in Sheskburn Recreation Centre, Ballycastle.
The evening aims to provide an informal opportunity to find out about the services available through Marie Curie Cancer Care; to outline the work of the Moyle Fundraising Group for Marie Curie and to provide an insight into how the money raised supports the work of the charity.
Anne McRoberts, Fundraising Manager for the area, says: “We receive numerous enquiries throughout the year on how people can find out more about Marie Curie Cancer Care and we had hoped that this might be an opportunity to highlight services provided by the charity.”
Chair for the local fundraising group, Helen McCambridge, said: “The evening will also provide an opportunity for anyone who might be considering getting involved in working with the charity through the local Moyle group.”
Sheadded: “So if anyone is keen to get involved, we would love to hear from you.”
If you would like to find out more about either the services provided through Marie Curie Cancer Care or about getting involved in fundraising or supporting the Charity please come along to the event on Wednesday 14 March.
