Magills Hairdressers celebrate 75 years with charity donation

MAGILLS hairdressers in Ballycastle recently celebrated 75 years in business and to mark the occasion decided to raise money for a worthy cause.

The business – one of the most successful and respected in the North Antrim area – held a ‘Bubbles and Nibbles’ Day with customers and staff contributing to the cause as well as being able to take part in a raffle.

In total, £1140 was raised for Good Morning Ballycastle whose representatives attended a presentation recently to accept the very generous donation.

Management and staff at Magills would like to thank those who donated prizes including Indigo, Anthony Kearney, as well as Ann Loughrey who baked a very fine cake.

They would also like to thank the public for their support. Representatives from Good Morning Ballycastle were also keen to express their thanks to all who had made the donation possible.
