POLICE in Ballymoney are investigating the theft of a scooter in Rasharkin sometime between Sunday, October 7 and the following day.
The scooter is a Blue Peugeot Speedfight model and if anyone can assist police they should contact O845 600 8000 or Crimestopers on freephone 0800 555 111.
A 42-year-old has been arrested for alleged disorderly behaviour and assault on police in an indicent at the Glebeside estate, Ballymoney, on October 8 (Monday).
The person is to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 31.
A Peugeot 306 car has been sezied at Station Road, Dunloy, after an insurance offence was detected.
The seizure took place on Monday, October 8 and a police spokesperson has said that prosecution will follow.
AN incident of arson is being investigated by police in Ballymoney.
Around midnight on Friday, October 12, a flat at Carnany Drive was damaged by fire. Fire service personnel were in attendance and the incident is being treated as arson.
It is understood that no one is living in the flat, but police were concerned of the consequences had the blaze spread to adjoining flats.
A 26-year-old female driver was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit, driving without insurance and taking a vehicle without consent.
The arrest was made in the early hours of Saturday morning on the Finvoy Road. The female was released on bail until November 1.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for alleged threats to kill in the Dunloy area, police have said.
The man has been released on bail until Novemnber 12 when he is due to appear at Coleraine police station.
POLICE are investigating damage to property at Cloneen Drive, Ballymoney, on Friday night/Saturday morning.
A window was smashed and damage was caused to a fence. Graffiti was daubed on a wall.
Police are appealing for information.
ON Sunday morning, a 53-year-old man was arrested in Dervock for alleged disorderly behaviour.
He has been released on bail until October 24.
A small quantity of fireworks have been seized by police in the Market Street area of Ballymoney.
The incident involved juveniles and the matter is being reported to the Youth Diversion Officer.
Police have reiterated their appeal warning of the dangers of illegal fireworks.
