Ballymoney Church of God presents WOW! Women of Worth celebrations this weekend

BALLYMONEY Church of God has planned another very special event to strengthen and empower local women.

The W.O.W! experience begins on Saturday 12th January at 7:30pm with an evening just for women. The theme is “Women of Confidence”.

The special guest speaker is Priscilla Reid from Belfast.

Priscilla (PICTURED RIGHT) along with her husband Paul planted a church in Belfast 30 years ago.

Having now handed on the leadership, they have more time to travel and visit other Churches.

Her passion is to see women fulfil their God-given calling taking their place alongside men in the Church.

The work of Tear Fund is very close to Priscilla’s heart and she has recently joined the Northern Ireland Board.

Having led many teams across the world she is convinced that ordinary people can and do make a difference.

Women of Worth is for women of all ages, social backgrounds, ‘churched’ and ‘un-churched’!

Over the past few years Women of Worth has proved to be very popular, attracting hundreds of ladies from right across our community.

It’s a great way to enjoy good fellowship, take part in wonderful praise and worship, meet new friends, be empowered and challenged by God’s Word.

A tasty light supper will also be provided and what’s more, everything is free of charge!

The special weekend continues on Sunday morning at 11.30am with Priscilla sharing with the whole Congregation.

On Sunday evening at 6:30pm women of the Church will share their faith in word and song.

It’s going to be another W.O.W! Weekend in Ballymoney Church of God.

Why not plan now to attend this exciting, spiritually empowering event? Everyone will receive a very warm welcome.
