OVER 2,000 tins of the energy drink ‘Red Bull’ were stolen during a burglary at Finvoy Filling Station.
Over night on Wednesday December 7/Thursday December 8 entry was forced to a locked storage container and 90 cases, each containing 24 tins, of Red Bull were stolen.
Some Coca Cola and dog food was also taken and the filling station puts the total loss at around £1,800.
Police believe thieves would have needed a vehicle to remove the haul and they are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact them.
They also want to hear from anyone who may be aware of large amounts of Red Bull being sold on or consumed.
Anyone with information can contact police on 08456008000 or phone Crimestoppers 0800555111.
