Fundraisers for Marie Curie Cancer Care and the Alzheimer’s Society would like to extend their thanks to Daniel McKinley and family for their kind donation towards the Charity Auction on Saturday May 3.

The lambs are among several generous donations from the community that will help raise valuable funds for both Marie Curie Cancer Care and the Alzheimer’s Society.

Marie Curie Cancer Care provides care for those terminally ill across Northern Ireland.

The Marie Curie Nursing Service provides high quality care to patients as well as support for their carers and families. Marie Curie Nurses and Marie Curie Healthcare Assistants help to give people the choice of spending their last days at home, rather than in hospital.

During 2012 150 Marie Curie Nurses and Healthcare assistants in Northern Ireland provided over 83,000 hours of nursing care.

As the auction date draws closer, fundraisers for the Charity Auction on Saturday 3rd May ask the community to please come forward with donations.
