Bushvalley Primary School has achieved its Eco - School Green Flag Award. On Monday 7th October two assessors came to visit the schools and look at all of their Eco-School hard work.

The assessors were very impressed with all the effort the children had done to achieve this award and thought that the school’s new vegetable patch and garden area was fantastic.

The Eco-Schools Green Flag is the highest possible award on the Eco-Schools Award Scheme and the Eco–Schools teacher Mrs Caroline Irwin was delighted that Bushvalley has been awarded such a prestigious award.

The children all worked very hard to achieve this award by either being on the Eco - Council, attending the Gardening Club or helping with recycling duties at lunchtime. Well Done Bushvalley who are pictured right .
