Cloughmills Community Action Team are holding an Easter Family Day on Saturday 23rd April from 1pm to 3pm.
The success of the last two Easter events mean that the Community Action Team have had to move the event this year to a new venue – the field behind Patton’s Bar.
Patrick Frew, Chairman of the Community Action Team said, “The Easter Family Day was so popular last year that we have moved to a bigger venue behind Patton’s to fit everyone in and to allow us to run a number of traditional Easter games.
“There are a range of activities taking place suitable for all the family. We have a traditional Easter Egg Hunt, Egg & Spoon Races, an Easter Bonnet Competition and Face Painting. There will also be homemade Easter Treats, Light Refreshments and Afternoon Tea. The Fair is a great day out for all the family and a great opportunity for people to come and visit Cloughmills for a traditional Easter event”.
Admission is £2 for adults and £1 for kids (under 3’s go free) and please bring suitable footwear for the races!
