Ballymoney police are investigating two Ballymoney burglaries, reported to police on Tuesday 16 December.

The first was reported after a home owner returned to Cloneen Drive to discover that it had been broken into the previous night. The house was described as having been ransacked.

The second burglary involved a copper tank and pipes ripped out from a house on the Drumlee Road. This burglary is thought to have happened sometime between Friday 12 December and Tuesday 16 December.

In both cases, police would ask that anyone with any information contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

Police are preparing a report to the Public Prosecution Service after they stopped a vehicle on the Frosses Road on the morning of Friday 19 December.
