Ballymoney Town Hall has been illuminated Gold as Council joins with CLIC Sargent to raise awareness during Childhood Cancer awareness month and gold ribbons are on sale at the Council Offices, Riada House.

Many public buildings and landmarks owned by local authorities will be illuminated in gold to help highlight this important campaign. Over 90 MPs and elected politicians have already signed up to wear the gold ribbon.

Young singers and musicians from the local area are invited to lend their support by participating in a “Five Minutes of Fame” event at Castlecroft Square on Saturday 27th September.

If you are 16 or under and can sing or play an instrument your interest in participating should be registered by 24th September by emailing town@ballymoney.gov.uk.
