EVERYONE is welcome to attend an evening of exhibition, food and entertainment with a definite wartime flavour in Cloughmills this week.
This event will take place at Cloughmills Primary School this Thursday 21st March at 7pm. Guest speaker, Ronnie Gamble will recount World War II history from around the North Antrim area.
Also, for one night only, music will be performed by the exciting new vocal trio Swingabella, the speciality act that everyone is talking about. Swingabella is a close-harmony vocal trio bringing back the sassy sound of the 30s and 40s Swing era.
The project is being funded by the International Fund for Ireland and will be managed by the Rural Development Council under their ‘Integrating Communities’ Programme. If you would like any further information on the project or indeed you have any photographs or stories you would like to share, please contact Denise Pemrick on (028) 27665068.
