Tots’ Church and Kids’ Church Departments of Ballymoney Church of God Sunday School raised the wonderful sum of £350 through their weekly offerings.

This will be used to help children living in Nepal where a devastating earthquake saw many thousands lose their lives and where a great deal assistance is needed to help rebuild the lives of those affected.

Drop Inn Ministries are doing a wonderful work in Nepal helping with relief projects providing shelter, medical supplies and food.

The deadly 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal in April and killed thousands of people, devastated the city of Kathmandu and caused an avalanche on Everest.

Hundreds of thousands of people were made homeless with entire villages flattened as the main earthquake was followed by numerous aftershocks, adding to the terror and misery suffered.

The Sunday School children and Teachers are delighted that they can be such a blessing to these children living thousands of miles away.
