CAN (Compass Advocacy Network) will be hosting their annual Christmas Causeway Bazaar Handcrafted and Vintage Fair at the Lodge Hotel, Coleraine on Saturday November 26.
This year’s fair will have over 40 stalls of the best the North Coast has to offer in handmade, handcrafted, upcycled, vintage and previously loved. Exhibitors include photography and art, landscape prints, locally produced food, jewellery, clothing, furniture, felt accessories, handmade homewares and much more.
This year they are very pleased to be offering “mini” Christmas photoshoots for kids by professional photographer. Just drop in on the day, no booking necessary. Receive a fully edited 7x5 print in a display mount for only £5.99. Dressing up in Christmas outfits is desirable but not essential.
Terry Beattie, Manager of CAN CAN Bazaar on Main Street, Ballymoney, said: “The Causeway Bazaar has become a highlight in CAN’s calendar. We aim to raise the profile of CAN whilst bringing together like minded crafters and those involved in up cycling, recycling and social enterprises in the Causeway area. If you’re looking for unique, hand-crafted or vintage gifts, this is the event for you!”
The fair also gives CAN social enterprises the opportunity to showcase their crafts and products and provide an insight to the work they do.
All proceeds from the door go to support local people with learning disabilities involved in CAN projects.
CAN’s work is all about INCLUSION - helping people be a part of their local community and dispelling the myths around learning disability.Only £2 at the door (kids free) - doors open from 10am- 3.30pm.
