Causeway leads the way in lung disorder awareness

Breathe Easy Causeway is to play a full and active role in the British Lung Foundation’s United Kingdom-wide campaign to promote greater public awareness of the battle against lung disease.

This will take the form of a “Breathe Easy Week” which runs from June 16-20.

“Coping with breathlessness,” chosen by Breathe Easy Groups nationwide, is the theme to feature this year’s awareness drive.

For its part, Breathe Easy Causeway is to hold a series of awareness events in community pharmacies throughout the Causeway area.

These will be supported by Mrs Carole McGrath Independent Respiratory Nurse Specialist, assisted by Breathe Easy Causeway Group volunteers.
