Fancy getting up with the lark and listening to the dawn chorus at one of the world’s most iconic natural sites?
Join us at the Giant’s Causeway on the longest day of the year – summer solstice, Saturday 21 June – for our annual dawn chorus walk.
Visitor Experience ranger Catherine Campbell will lead the walk and talk, stopping to identify various bird calls around the Causeway.
If you need help distinguishing the sound of a stonechat from a common song thrush, this early morning hike is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the birdsong of summer.
Breakfast at the Causeway Hotel and entry to the Visitor Centre is included in the ticket price.
Group assembles outside the Causeway Hotel for 6.30 am.
