Barnardo’s launch instagram

SIR - This week our shops, including our shop in Ballymoney, are launching an innovative Instagram Christmas competition and I wanted to invite your readers to take part in the fun.

Top prize is £100 of Argos vouchers with second and third places winning £75 and £50 worth of vouchers. In addition there’s also a special regional prize of a £20 voucher. Entries close at 00.01am on 25th December.

To get involved, readers will need to visit their local Barnardo’s shop, take a photo of something that catches their eye, log into their Instagram account (or set one up) choose to follow @barnardosretail and upload a picture of their special find mentioning @barnardosretail and #MyBarnardosFind in the caption.

Once your readers in Ballymoney load their fabulous Barnardo’s ‘find’ they’ll automatically be entered into our competition and could stand the chance of winning! For the chance to win an additional regional prize, geotag the picture with the store’s location.

The aim of this initiative is to encourage readers in Ballymoney to take a look at our fabulous festive wrap, tags and cards, pre-loved gifts, party outfits, winter woollies and coats in store.
