The event was organised by CIM, the world’s leading professional marketing body and only organisation in the UK and Ireland that can award chartered status to members of the profession.

Minister for Employment and Learning Dr Stephen Farry praised the contribution of marketing professionals at the event to celebrate the achievements of all those who have been awarded or retained Chartered Marketing status.

Dr Farry congratulated the new Chartered Marketers and said: “My Department is committed to supporting skills development in this sector.

“You may already know that in 2013 research was carried out to assess the future requirement for professional sales, strategic export marketing and international business communication skills in the Northern Ireland workforce.”
