Dog thieves drop £800 pup

DOG thieves are believed to have dropped a £800 pup as they escaped with dogs worth around £5,000.
One Chihuahua pup was spotted by a passing motorist which was re-united with its owner.
Police are appealing for information following the thefts on the Finvoy Road between 9.30pm on Friday and 6.30am on Saturday.
Dogs stolen in the raid included a two-year-old black Pug dog valued in the region of £1000, a Chihuahua dog valued at around £800 and three Chihuahua puppies also valued at around £800 each.
The dogs were taken from a yard containing kennels.
