TROLAN'S SuperValu in Ballymoney has won the coveted title of "Store of the Year" at Musgrave Retail Partners annual gala ball held recently at the Slieve Donard Hotel in Newcastle.
This is the second time that SuperValu Ballymoney, owned by Portstewart couple Patsy and Mary Trolan, has received this prestigious award.

As part of the Store of the Year initiative, each store is monitored and the level of delivered customer service measured and a combination of mystery shopper reports and exit interviews with “real” customers was used to score the shop.

Patsy Trolan, retailer of SuperValu Ballymoney, was delighted to receive the award.

“Being awarded Store of the Year is proof of our commitment to satisfaction, service and success,” he said.

“This is the second time we have won this highly acclaimed award and we are delighted that our hard work, determination and commitment to quality has once again been recognised.

“I would like to praise the efforts of Nicola Farrell and especially all staff within the store and promise customers that we will once again, maintain these high standards.”
