It's service with a smile at Simply Deeliteful
IF there's one quality that is a must in the retail business it's got to be service with a smile.
Walk into Simply Deeliteful on Ballymoney's Main Street and you're instantly met with pleasant staff who will go to any length to make sure you get what you want.
It's a commodity that is all to often missing in today's hustle and bustle, but at Simply Deeliteful it's the very reason why the business has been successful in the first year of trading.
Run by Richard and Diane McMullan, Simply Deeliteful has enjoyed a busy 12 months since both took over the helm.
One of the reasons for that is that Simply Deeliteful carry stock that is unique to them. In other words, it can't be bought anywhere else in the town.
Willow Tree produce is a good example as well as the handmade jewellery.
The shop is packed with a huge variety of items including candles, picture frames, baby and wedding gifts and personalised cards.
Diane's custom crosses all ages, but she finds now that men are increasingly taking an interest with demand for pictures of Premiership Clubs and male focused gifts such as clocks and models of vehicles.
Diane and Richard provide a further service by organising party nights.
She explained: "If someone wants a party in their home, we'll discuss it with them and see what they want. Then, we'll bring along a selection of gifts and this means people can select what they want in a totally relaxed environment."
An added bonus is that customers can enjoy a discount off items purchased.
But you don't have to organise a party for discount. On Saturday, March 29, Simply Deeliteful will be offering 20 per cent off all stock for that day.
That represents a substantial saving on items that could come in handy for a gift or simply to adorn one's home.
Opening hours at Simply Deeliteful are 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. six days a week and both Diane and Richard would like to take this opportunity to thank their customers whom they value greatly.
"We have a loyal support, but we're always delighted to see new faces coming to us," Diane added.
