ONE of North Antrim's most popular fashion outlets appears set for a major expansion.
Logans Fashions, a familiar landmark on the A26 Frosses Road, near Cloughmills, is the subject of a planning application for a two-storey extension which includes an additional 292 square metres for three more units and 106 square metres extension to the cafe/restaurant with toilet and kitchen facilities.

Although the application is thought to have been on the books for sometime, the plans signal an intention that the management are committed to ensuring that the premises are at the forefront of the retail fashion business.

The main building accommodates one of the best stocked ladies and gents fashion houses in the country with clientele coming from far and near to select from designer brands that are unique to Logans.

It also has an excellent shoe shop and top class restaurant facilities.
Quality rather than quantity is the management philosophy and it has established a sound reputation for the business.

The complex also accommodates a variety of other businesses including Bill Kennedy van sales, Rainbow International industrial cleaning service, Greenvale Garden Centre, F. B. Furniture, Logans Clearance and a Health and Beauty Salon run by Connie Logan.

One businessman at the premises commented: "There's no doubt that Logans does big business and people do come from all over Northern Ireland because they know they can get what they want.
"Any expansion could only help further its reputation."
