THE VIVOXTRA store in Castle Street, Ballycastle, celebrated its first anniversary on Saturday with a host of fun community activities.
VIVOXTRA Ballycastle was recently expanded and redeveloped to incorporate several new products and services to better suit the needs of the local customer.
The ideal place to pick up the weekly essentials, tonight's tea or a tasty treat on the go, VIVOXTRA Castle Street incorporates a fantastic hot food 'to go' counter, an in-store delicatessen and a made to order sandwich bar, in addition to the wide range of grocery, fresh fruit and vegetables and all the essentials for the weekly shop.
Customer convenience is the key as it also incorporates PayPoint and a cash machine.
Explains Johnathon Mitchell, Store Manager: "We are absolutely thrilled with the results after a year as we wanted to ensure we exceeded the needs of the local customer, creating a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere at the store which offers everything the local customer could need.
"Saturday's festivities were a great opportunity to thank our local customers for their ongoing support and showcase the changes that the store has undergone recently. Kids enjoyed the face painters and a visit from the local fire brigade while customers were able to tuck into some treats from local suppliers. Thanks to everyone who came along and joined the celebrations and supported our fundraising appeal for Tiny Life."
