Bus organised from Ballymoney area to ‘Rally for Life’ in Dublin

Northern Ireland’s leading pro-life group Precious Life say there has been a “fantastic response” from the people of the Ballymoney area to plans for the massive ‘Rally for Life’.

A bus has been organised to take local people to the Rally which will take place in Dublin City Centre on Saturday 2nd July.

Over the past few months, the Precious Life has been running an intensive promotion campaign for the Rally, including the distribution of thousands of leaflets and posters, street information stalls, and Information Evenings across Northern Ireland.

Director of Precious Life, Bernadette Smyth said, “The Rally for Life will give the people of Ireland - north and south - a unique opportunity to unite in their opposition to abortion and send out a clear message that we want our unborn children and their mothers protected.”

She added, “While the message of the Rally is serious, the event is organised to be suitable for families and people of all ages, with music, colourful t-shirts, and balloons for children.” she said.

Bernadette Smyth concluded, “This summer, the most important date in the pro-life calendar is Saturday July 2nd. I look forward to seeing a large contingent from the Ballymoney area at the Rally for Life. A bus will leave from Rasharkin picking up in Ballymena. Book your seat now by contacting Rita on 02829541360 or contact the Rally for Life committee on 02890278484. For details of buses from other areas click on www.preciouslife.com.
