Oil is well with scheme

£77,000 worth of stamps was sold in the first year of an oil payment scheme in Moyle.
The scheme was launched to enable householders who use central heating to budget and save effectively.

The Council wishes to thank retailers for handling the sale of stamps “at no benefit to themselves” and the participating oil suppliers.
