Council celebrates work of community groups

To recognise the calibre of community relations' work, which takes place within the Borough, Ballymoney Borough Council's Good Relations Programme is on the search for community/voluntary groups or individuals who work tirelessly for their local community.
The nomination process will officially open on Monday 6th October with the closing date for nominations on Wednesday 5th November at 4pm.
Posters and application forms will be made available at the following places: Local community groups/ Places of Worship/

Ballymoney Community Resource Centre and Ballymoney Town Hall
The closing date for nominations is Wednesday 5th November 2008 at 4pm.
Nominations will then be judged in mid November. To celebrate those organisations/individuals nominated the Good Relations Programme within Council are hosting an Awards Evening to reward the hard work and commitment of local community/voluntary groups and individuals.

The Building Positive Relations Awards Evening will take place on Thursday 18th December at 7.30pm in Ballymoney Town Hall.
